Things to do when you need to relax.

re some things that you could try and do to help relax when you are stressed. I have tried a few of these and found them to be very helpful. Some of them you may need to do more than once to get use to it so remember what they say.... Practice makes perfect.

Have a bath.
Go for a walk.
Met up with friends.
Lie in the sun.
Eat ice-cream( that's my favorite)
Yoga.
Go for a bike ride.
Go for a run.
Go swimming.
Look at old photos.
Fly a kite.
Read a book.
Cook.
Bake.
Listen to music.
Watch a movie.
Play with a pet.
Light some candles.
